A group of well-facilitated supporters of Serere woman MP Acom Esther, who are based in the diaspora and more especially in the Middle east countries, have declared a war on PLU politics in Teso.
They are operating under the following Tik Tok accounts-Vero.ug0, Kueen633 & ben.alvaro.dzeko. The trio is closely collaborating with another social media bully by the names of Ikilai Jessica who is always damaging General Kainerugaba and his PLU brand on Teso WhatsApp platforms.
Being supporters of Kyagulanyi and NUP at presidential level, these Esther Acom’s self-declared supporters have generated a lot of public anger towards general Kainerugaba amongst peasants in Teso.
And genuine PLU supporters in Serere think that its high time that Esther Acom, who they keep praising in their videos, gets sanctioned before its too late.
It’s being demanded that Esther Acom endorses the CDF and comes out to publicly denounce these Middle East based Tik Talkers for attacking the president’s son in such a manner, since they call themselves her political supporters.
Led by a NUP supporter whose tik tok name is Vero Ug/Vero.ug0, Acom’s supporters are busy on social media and more so Tik Tok calling on relatives back home in Teso to discriminate and isolate Teso leaders who have embraced general Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s bid for president in 2031.
Esther Acom’s supporters are calling on voters back home in Serere to keep voting back Acom to parliament because unlike Hellen Adoa, Musa Ecweru, Peter Ogwang and other old politicians in Teso, she is not part of the PLU politics. They say that Muhoozi is a bad man who none of Acom’s supporters should support for president.
In one of her videos, which the NUP foot soldiers have been sharing to destroy the CDF, Vero the Tik Talker from Serere who now lives in the middle east, makes it clear that there is no way Muhoozi can ever get votes in Serere for as long as Esther Acom, who she praises for standing firm against general Muhoozi Kainerugaba and his PLU, remains the area woman MP.
Indeed, to a lot of people, Esther Acom’s alleged lack of support for Uganda’s next president isn’t surprising because even in January 2026 elections she stood against the NRM candidate and won the vote as an independent.
Vero and other Teso boys and girls based in the diaspora who use Tik Tok alot say that this means that Esther Acom is a great and very powerful politician who single handedly can destroy PLU in Serere district. In the last elections, Esther Acom won with 45,880 votes and the NRM flag bearer came 2nd with 40,126 votes.
